lyrics
I’ve gone in deep here, and I drank the pain
It looks like I’m the last one to fall, no
But I’m not complaining, and I’m not the law
I’m sure you’ve heard it before, yeah
And you can see the others behind the door
I’m just about ready to call out for more
Don’t give up on these broken pathways, don’t give up on forgotten steps
Don’t give up on these broken pathways, don’t give up on forgotten steps
You got me drinking, and I took it harder
Looks like the knife’s in my heart
We’re making progress, we’re going backwards
Just keep it turning around
Don’t give up on these broken pathways, don’t give up on forgotten steps
Don’t give up on these broken pathways, don’t give up on forgotten steps
It’s getting loaded and troubled
Thought you were ready to take it
I thought my chances were doubled
Looks like you only could fake it
You know when you listen to an album and doesn't do it for you the first time? And then you listen again at a later time and it blows you away? How amazing is that? I 'm stuck on this album for a few days now, thinking "what the hell was I thinking?". Superb songwriting, killer vocal melodies. Jerry Cantrell is listening somewhere on his own and is smiling. Seriously, do not sleep on this album. Give it a spin today! Ioannis Valiakos
This album was pretty good. I liked the heavy sounds mixed with the clear, powerful vocals. This album is a slow burn, though. It gets better as it goes and builds to a truley epic finishing track. I will be listening to it again. Gregory
Combining crooned murder ballads with raw, angsty hard rock hooks, Melbourne's The Ugly Kings are a wrecking crew well worth watching. Bandcamp New & Notable Sep 15, 2021
Brighton, UK band leaven surging hard rock with spaced-out stoner-doom on their second LP, recorded in an old chapel on the English coast. Bandcamp New & Notable Nov 9, 2022
The surprisingly comical new video from roaring metal group Red Fang is a tip of the hat to the original “Predator.” Bandcamp New & Notable Sep 12, 2016
Phenomenal Sabbath-esque riffing with amazing tones on both bass and guitar, insane drumming and powerful vocals make this band a complete sonic titan! Wolf Moon
